Fiber optic distribution box is an interface device used to connect the backbone optical cable and the distribution optical cable outdoors, in the corridor or indoors. Fiber optic distribution box must be able to work reliably in the specified environment, and its box can withstand a vertical pressure of not more than 750N.
The optical distribution box is used as a termination point for the feeder cable to connect with drop cable in FTTx communication network system. The fiber splicing, splitting, distribution can be done in this box, and meanwhile it provides solid protection and management for the FTTx network building.
